岗位职责：
- Responsible for risk analyses about RCS development incl. recommendation for internal release
- Responsible for RCS whole vehicle development incl. recommendation for internal release
- Maintenance and enhancement of RCS development process
- Communication with other internal development partner
- Responsible for tracking, cooperation with international and national RCS working groups.
- Responsible for fulfilling currently valid laws and standards on international and national basis.

任职要求：
- Master Degree in Electronic Engineering, Electronic Information Engineering, or similar
- 5 years of related experience in automotive industry
- Knowledge in the area of antenna system and antenna performance validation (EIRP, TRP, EIS, TIS, ICD etc.)
- Familiar with antenna national and international standard specially 5GAA, ETSI, SAE J2945, SAE J3161, 3GPP, CTIA and certification standards in 2G-5G, GNSS, WIFI, WLAN, Bluetooth
- Familiar with antenna simulation software, CST, HFSS, FEKO and in dealing with CAD Tools
- Fluent in English
