Your Responsibilities

61 Overall control Battery ZSB Line production performance to fulfill production requirement.
61 Quality control to ensure the finished production fulfill quality standard requirement.
61 Ensure and monitoring safety production.
61 Production related cost control.
61 Arrangement operator training to fulfill mainly-task take over skill.
61 Implementation KVP on line.
61 Monitor workshop status and can recognize abnormal status, have ability to make optimization.
61 Communicate with cross function to ensure normal production.

Our Requirements

61 Above 3 years working experience in manufacturing enterprise which related automotive industry.
61 At least 2 years assembling line responsibility experience, know-how regarding assembly line process. Battery assembly experience is preferred.
61 Many-tasks handling skill and can work under high pressure.
61 Open mind and can find out suitable method to solve the problem timely.
61 Good communication skill.
61 Basic knowledge that is regarding production related work contents, such as logistic, quality, maintenance etc.
61 Economic thinking and can make improvement on line.
61 Good language skill, English or German.
