Our Requirements
Necessary education/ Working experience (in years):
61 Bachelor or above, major of mechanical, material or electric or similar. 61 Min. 5 years working experience in automotive industry, 61 Min. 3 year quality working experience or min. 1 year working experience as SQE 61 Project management experience related to VW preferred. Personal skills:
61 Familiar with automotive quality system (ISO 9000, VDA6.3, VDA6.1 or IATF16949) and quality tools (SPC, MSA, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, 8D). 61 Good communication skills with the ability to communicate well with people in a variety of positions, roles and levels 61 Good problem solving skill and ability, logical analysis thinking, communication and team working. 61 Clear understanding for drawing and technical requirements for the related part 61 Good understanding about the function and interactions of related parts / parts family in complicated context in assembled status. 61 Clear understanding about VW & automotive regulation and process for quality work with supplier in pre-series. Specially nomination / qualification and releasing of parts and process 61 Available to stand working strength and pressure. Language skills:
