Your Responsibilities
61 Responsible for series production planning, prototype and pre-series production: planning new machines, relevant processes and organize production.
61 Coordination between involved departments (Production, Development, Quality, etc.) in relation to design, feasibility, demand, production.
61 Process development on near-series production lines/machines.
61 Preparation of project documents for different decision making committees of VWAC.
61 Cooperation planning of the series production after handover of the equipment to the production.
61 This includes optimization of the manufacturing processes, improvement of ergonomic conditions, processing of change requests and cost reduce.
61 Build up and maintain good working relationship between the Component-Plants overseas by participating/running regular cross-plant meetings (member specialist teams).
Our Requirements
61 Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration, Mechanical/Industrial engineering or Automobile related fields.
61 3 years full time working experience, ideally in the field of automotive or battery planning.
61 Proficient in Chinese, German and/or English fluently in speaking and writing, both German and English would be preferred.
61 Ability to work in an international company and team.
61 Action oriented work style and strong drive for results.
