Your Responsibilities
61 Self-reliant project lead for the assigned tasks according to the product life cycle from early concept phase over final product decision until EOP of the product.
61 Support the cross-functional product planning team (G4, VWA, VCIC, Z), ensuring the communication of product decisions in VWAC, including reporting to BoM VWAC.
61 Steering and tracking of the tasked product relevant objectives in line with the product development process, especially concerning material costs, expenditures, project feasibility and project time
61 Improving product feasibility by doing regular benchmarking for material cost, factory costs and expenditure optimization.
61 Compilation of action plan with countermeasures in case of discrepancies to the project targets together with the relevant business partners.
61 Coordination and preparation of project related decision-making documents for the Head of product Management and the Board of Management as well as implementing the decisions and assigned tasks.
61 Control and manage change requests in TM (Aeko, MP, 02A) especially concerning expenditure, effect on production and timeline.

Our Requirements
61 Master degree or above in Business Administration, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Automobile related fields
61 English or German proficient
61 3-5 years full time working experience, preferable in fields like product management, project management or similar position
61 Ability to work in an international company and team
61 Action oriented work style and strong drive for results
61 High sense of responsibility, high quality communication & cooperation skills
61 Excellent conflict and problem-solving skills, self-confident manner
61 Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant to rules and regulation
