Your Responsibilities 61 Field complaints onsite pre-analysis at dealer: Provide appropriate repair suggestions to dealers and JV 61 Statistical evaluation of field complaints and analysis results 61 Analysis status tracking: Usage of relevant systems like AQUA for field Analyses, early warning, prognosis etc. 61 Maintain database: Record necessary information of the field complaints in hotline database 61 Coordinate return of field complained parts 61 Communicate with EU-Analysis, TE, JVs etc. for analysis support 61 Support analysis engineer to reproduce failure and define root cause Our Requirements 61 Education: Bachelor’s degree or above (or comparable degree in major) major in majored in engineering, Electrical & Electronics engineering and Automotive engineering are preferred; 61 English or German proficient 61 2 years' work experience in Battery analysis and aftersales service field 61 Experience in CAN tools usage; 61 Good communication skills with the ability to communicate well with people in a variety of positions, roles and levels 61 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 61 High sense of responsibility and work passion
