61 Make sure the series production running smoothly by effective analysis of quality problems and guarantees quick reaction under emergency situation
61 Summary and monitor the assembly data statistic from serial production.
61 Analyze assembly problem and implement the corrective actions.
61 Apply AEs for assembly process parameters and suggests optimizing corresponding drawings.
61 Comply inspection instruction, SPR card and problem report.
61 Support the implementation of KVP measures.
61 Support actions in efficiency improvement program.
61 Solve assembly problem, which cause complaints of test bench, audit, vehicle plants and end customer.
61 Takes responsibility to solve assembly problem, which cause to complaint of test bench, audit, vehicle plants and end customer.
61 Make sure internal and external audit requirements can be fulfilled.
61 Organize and evaluate trial assembly.
61 Identify and prevent risks of assembly process
61 Optimizing unreasonable drawings
61 Coordinate blocking, evaluating, reworking and releasing actions regarding abnormal parts and batteries.
61 Optimize whole process of blocking, evaluating, sorting, reworking and releasing through IT system.
61 Ensure good communication and team work with other departments
61 Compile the problem report and present in Q-round.
61 Exchange experience with VGC, other battery plants and participates Gewerkteam of VW group yearly.
61 Manages the qualification requirement for junior engineer, foreman and workers

Our Requirements
61 Bachelor or above, major in machine manufacturing, electrical technic or mechatronic
61 2-3 years working experience on related position in a manufacturing industry is preferred
61 Fluent English speaking and writing, German is preferred
61 Professional and skillful in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
61 Stay honest, communicative, understandable and customer-oriented with disciplines
61 Capable of working under pressure and efficiently, team collaborative, flexible, also high motivated
61 Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant to rules and regulation
61 Remain accountable when mistake happens and be able to speak up if something goes wrong
