a. mechanical or electronical background
b. Necessary knowledge of vehicle dynamic , CAN communicatio, Diagnostics
c . Familiar with high-voltage battery systems both HW&SW
d. Famliar with testing tools, like CANoe, CANape
e. Chinese & English speaking (German is a plus)"
