岗位职责/Job Responsibilities:
1、根据生产计划，在ERP系统中制作并下达封装订单和测试订单，确保生产顺利进行；
Create and release assembly and testing orders in the ERP system based on production plans to ensure smooth operations.
2、分析销售需求，制定月度/每周生产计划及物料计划；
Analyze sales's demands to develop monthly/weekly production and material plans.
3、跟踪供应商生产进度并与其沟通协调，确保按时交货；
Monitor OSAT production progress and coordinate with them to ensure timely delivery.
4、监控供应商输出数据，动态调整生产计划并及时沟通异常；
Monitor OSAT output data, adjust production plans dynamically, and communicate exceptions promptly.
5、平衡库存和需求，维护合理库存水平，优化物料管理；
Balance inventory and demand, maintain reasonable inventory levels, and optimize material control.
6、支持样品的计划及交付跟踪，确保项目按时推进；
Support planning and delivery tracking for samples, ensuring project milestones are met.
7、帮助监督物流及关务，及时处理各类异常情况；
Oversee logistics and customs processes, addressing issues as they arise.
8、协助上级或公司完成其他相关任务；
Assist supervisors or the company with other assigned tasks.

任职要求/Job Requirements:
1、本科及以上学历，供应链管理、物流管理、或者电子类、管理类的相关专业；
Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Electronics, Management or related fields.
2、英语熟练（CET-4及以上），具备良好的书面沟通能力；
Proficiency in English (CET-4 or above), with strong written communication skills.
3、2年以上供应链或生产计划相关经验，有集成电路，半导体，3C行业经验者优先考虑；
At least 2 years of experience in supply chain or production planning; IC, semiconductors, 3C industry experience preferred.
4、熟悉ERP系统的操作，有相关使用经验者优先；
Familiarity with ERP systems, with prior usage experience preferred.
5、具备良好的逻辑思维和计划能力；
Strong logical thinking and planning capabilities.
6、较强的数据分析能力，能敏锐处理并解读相关数据；
Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to process and interpret data effectively.
7、具备优秀的沟通协调能力，能够跨部门高效合作；
Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of efficient cross-department.
