Job Summary: With minimal guidance, responsible for establishing and executing complex quality inspection procedures, deeply analyzing process control data, efficiently handling a wide range of product quality complaints, and leading or participating in key projects to drive continuous improvement of the quality system.
Responsibilities: * Independently design and execute efficient quality inspection procedures covering the entire chain from raw materials to final products with minimal guidance. * Conduct in-depth analysis of process control data to identify potential quality risks and propose improvement recommendations. * Lead or participate in the validation of new processing procedures and equipment structures. * Autonomously publish, maintain, and update quality processes to ensure effectiveness and compliance. * Take charge of or assist in supplier quality management to ensure a stable supply chain quality. * Effectively handle all types of product quality complaints, ensuring timely and effective corrective and preventive actions. * Serve as a key team member or leader, driving the implementation of quality improvement projects. * Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Basic Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields. * 5+ years relevant work experience in manufacturing, with 2+ years in quality management roles. * Proficient in IATF 16949 quality management systems and internal audits. * Extensive practical experience in quality engineering, able to independently solve complex quality issues. * Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to collaborate across departments. * Fluent English language skills for reading, writing, speaking, and listening, enabling effective communication with international teams. * Proficient in quality management software and advanced data analysis tools.
Preferred Qualifications: * Strong knowledge and practical experience in statistics (e.g., MSA, SPC). * Proven experience leading successful quality improvement projects.
