工作职责:
Assist sales to support product design;
协助销售做好产品技术支持工作；
Take charge of BESS project design and audit;
负责客户端储能液冷管路项目的设计与审核
Assist customer to release systematic design proposal and give suggestions once customer has new product applications;
针对客户全新产品的技术应用，应协助客户出具系统技术方案，并提出相关建议；
Collect company associated product knowledge from market and customers, and publish reports;
从市场及客户端搜集产品相关的系统知识，并形成报告；
Take charge of competitors ‘product comparison test and publish reports;
针对竞争对手产品，主导相关对比测试，并形成报告；
Technical visit and trial assembly on customer side;
客户端技术交流及拜访，客户产品试装现场支持；
Analysis and evaluate customer requirements, recognize customers CC&SC, edit DFMEA/checklist documents;
分析、评估客户需求，识别客户CC & SC，编写DFMEA/checklist等设计评审资料；
Skilled use in Solidworks, release drawings & BOMs efficiently and accurately, give suggestions on developing drawings accuracy;
熟练使用Solidworks 准确、高效完成图纸设计，校核BOM，预审样件图纸，提出提高图纸正确率与效率的方法；
Participate in product trial assembly, tracking trial assembly reports, optimize product design;
参与产品试制，跟踪试装报告，完成产品优化；
Check 3D model, technical agreement, drawings sent to external;
校核发予外部的数模、技术协议、图纸等技术信息；
Collect and analysis business standards, test technology and standards;
收集和分析行业标准、测试技术及测试标准；
Assist in Supervisor to draft and complete product database;
协助主管起草、完善产品数据库；
Take charge of company allocated other missions;
配合公司需要，随时承担公司委派的其他任务。
Comply with the company's information security management regulations, keep company information confidential, not disclose, and ensure the security of information.

Take on additional responsibilities that may be assigned by superiors from time to time.

任职资格:
Bachelor degree and above, vehicle engineering, mechanical engineering and associated majors;
大学本科及以上学历，车辆工程或机械设计等相关专业
Automotive/BESS R&D work with 3 year and above experience;
汽车/储能行业研发工作3年以上工作经验
Master in Office, be familiar in CAD, CATIA, Solidworks softwares, be familiar of IATF 16949;
掌握office 等办公软件，熟悉CAD、CATIA、SOLIDWORKS等制图软件，熟悉IATF16949相关标准
Good attitude, proactive, good communicating and executing skills, innovation sipirt;
态度端正、积极主动，具有较强的沟通能力、计划执行能力和创新的精神
Good English ability
良好的英语表达能力
