Main Responsibility:
Support Production section manager to manage his (her) respective production area to ensure production volume achievement by following sequencing requirements and make sure the products produced according to quality standard.
1. ESH
- Issue procedures and work instructions, ensure implementation of measures, and maintain controls，
- Raise awareness, ensure regular ESH training and provide information about ESH responsibilities and duties,
- Ensure immediate notification and response, and initiate preventive measures in case of unsafe or polluting hazards,
- Demonstrate exemplary personal behavior in ESH and motivate others.
2. Quality
- Be responsible for scrap reduction in the section, define measures to achieve the target and execution,
- Ensure machine/material sustainability, and employee competency to fulfill quality requirements,
- Support manager on improvement of the complaint from other processes or customer.
3. People
- Recruit shop floor employees with HR department.
- Carry out all the actions needed to sustain and improve the competency of the people of respective area.
4. Output
- Support manager to manage output of his respective area up to requirements by size and on time,
- Together with sequencing to manage stock to avoid shortage or overproduction,
- Ensure machine material availability, employee competency to fulfill output.
5. Efficiency & Cost
- Carry out the actions for productive efficiency of his respective section, support to make actions to improve process to maximum utilization rate of machine and eliminate all kinds of waste,
- Support cost management, and set up budget and control measures to carry out the plan.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree, prefer to major in Engineering disciplines.
- At least 2-3 years manufacturing experience
- Tire experience in tire plant or production department experience preferred
- Team management experience preferred
- 1-2 years of intercultural working/studying experience preferred
