Day to Day Responsibilities: 61 Involve in process variability reductions, manufacturing capability and process control for consistent performance, product quality, process optimization and cost reductions. 61 Drive improvements in manufacturing quality by identifying and eliminating root cause(s). 61 Build in quality for new processes and product development and introductions. 61 Lead or support to solve customer complain. 61 Drive the quality continuous improvement system in manufacturing. 61 Support operations and inspection to ensure accurate interpretation of the product specification. 61 Lead to create control plan, inspection work instructions, etc. 61 Support operations in the development of visual inspection operators. 61 Perform regular audits to ensure the control plan, SOP and work instructions are being followed.
Education & Experience
61 Bachelor and /or above degree majoring in in a technical discipline such as Quality, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering. 61 At least 3 years or above of Auto quality management and manufacturing experience.
Required Skills 61 Knowledge of process control/process discipline, SPC, DOE, Statistics, DMAIC and Total Quality methods, also the 8D report create. 61 Strong knowledge of quality management system IATF16949/ VDA6.3. 61 Good English specking and writing. 61 Effective use of Microsoft applications – Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint as needed to fulfill key responsibilities. 61 Ability to organize, collaborate team activities. 61 Ability to drive tasks to closure and discipline to communicate effectively with all different levels of organization. 61 Experience in appearance parts inspection and FQC process management is preferred.
