61 Supervision for the components
61 Steering of suppliers
61 Develop (incl. CAx data provision), merge (properties, costs, weight, quality, target), validate, release and homologate of all components / assembly / systems of the module scope of organization and responsibility. Possibly including relating vehicle specific adaption content (building kit) and tools up to end of production (EOP); simultaneous and interdepartmental
61 Call and keep-up of lawful service provision (working methods, product, country approval etc.)
61 Develop and rate of cross-department concept alternatives, possibly including external- and internal production scenarios
61 Leading of the SE-team, agenda based, incl mediation and de-escalation within the team
61 Detect, align and document the targets and requirements within the SE-team in cooperation with the module leader
61 Integration of Quality, Buyer and Manufacturing to the SE-team
61 Communication of project- and integration milestones (E/E integration, “virtual vehicle”, hardware assembly etc.)
61 Cause, align and document targets and requirements of common project- and activity plan including specific working methods within the module team (within the given frame specifications of the project)
61 Documentation of the project (BOM, release documents, CAD data, etc.) in the specified EDAG systems to ensure auditability including change management
61 Independent assurance of results through permanent quality control and project communication
61 Create, maintain and release function- and component specifications
61 Lead and execute the concept plausibility checks requested by the module leader or zone manager
61 Initiate, document and carry out component-related change management, maturity management, risk assessments etc. in the SE-team, taking into account the project and integration milestones (E/E integration stages, "virtual vehicle", hardware assemblies etc.)
61 Adherence to common working methods, statements, etc., including the development of synergies (product and process) between all projects
61 Initiate and demand decisions early
61 Exchanging, cooperating with all relevant overlapping roles and functions (test, calculation, installation space, etc.)
61 Write / Archive SOR
61 Coordination of validation as well as request/tracking of the validation with SQE (Supplier Quality Engineer)
61 Manage, edit and solve the needs for actions, identified and tracked by the (Problem-Issue-Resolution) PIR - points incl. implementation for the construction phases; report and document the status
61 Tech Reviews / Tooling Kick-off / Tooling order support
61 DMU update
61 Responsibility for prototype setups incl. parts supply for constructions (according to project RASIC)
61 Contact person for the responsible component/system to all relevant areas
61 Creation of drawings in accordance with standards and support of the CAD release process; collaboration in the creation of parts lists
