Day to Day Responsibilities
61 Closely track and manage plant CAPEX spending projects
61 Ensure accurate monthly closing for fixed assets, leasing assets.
61 Deliver monthly CAPEX related closing reports and improve rolling CAPEX cash forecast accuracy
61 Improve fixed assets management process and ensure compliance with internal control requirement
61 Support monthly dept expense review and control programs
61 Support capital spending annual budget and 5 years planning
61 Lead periodic fixed assets count plan
61 Other ad-hoc tasks
Education & Experience
61 Bachelor’s degree, accounting major
61 3+ years’ experience in manufacturing MNC or Big 4 audit firms

Required Skills
61 Good accounting
61 Advanced excel skill
61 Good command of English

Desired Skills
61 Accounting Certification is preferable: CPA/CMA/ACCA
61 Knowledge of S4 Hana Private is an advantage
61 Power BI or VBA is plus
