Main responsibilities:
Ensure that NPM goods are properly received and accepted following the purchase order or contract. Also optimize NPM stock management while following company policy.
1. Daily operation
- Carry out daily work according to NPM warehouse Policy and Standing Operating Procedures, and safety requests
2. Goods inbound
- NPM reception including pre-check on quality and quantity.
3. Goods issue
- Issue parts on time according to requirement of demand.
4. Stocktaking
- Responsible for NPM warehouse stock counting, and ensure the high inventory accuracy.
5. Documentation
- Documentation management including checking, matching, filing, categorizing.
6. Continuous improvement
- Take continuous improvement with focus on efficiency/layout adjustment/5S.
7. Other task
- Other tasks assigned by superiors

Job requirements:
- College degree or above.
- Forklift license is required
- Experience with inventory management software and systems is preferred, e.g. SAP.
- TS16949 experience is a plus but not must.
- English reading and writing is must
