Responsibilities: 1.Make quality planning for new project, identify all customers’ requirements and turn them to project demands; 2.Assist to write quality reports for customer complaints and prepare regular report on customer. 3.Establish detailed quality work plan to keep tracking and update plan, if necessary take corrective measures; 4.Take an actively part in preparation and review of process flow chart, failure model effectiveness analysis, control plan, operation instructions for products and take responsibility for inspection instruction; 5.Take an actively part in project activities, such as assess project risk, review project at each stage, track quality problems, etc; 6.Organize design, manufacturing and acceptance of fixtures and test tools designed for inspection; 7.Submit PPAP (including project stages, SOP of post products and/or process changes) to customer for approval; 8.Keep track of items that affect quality (customer, product and lab and etc.) to ensure well communication between customer and Quality Function; 9.Ensure the Containment Policy to be immediately implemented in case of problems arising out of quality and notify relevant functional department to implement corrective and preventive plan; 10.Participating in various continuous improvement efforts aimed at improving quality levels. 11.Manage customer visits, audits and certification body audits; 12.Other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Specification / required skills: 1.Bachelor degree or above in Mechanics; 2.Good knowledge in quality control and quality planning. 3.Familiar with quality tools(VDA6.3,MSA,SPC,APQP,PPAP,PFMEA) and quality system. 4.Good knowledge in GD&T and gauge. 5.Good communication skill and team player; 6.Be able to work independently and proactive; 7.Fluent spoken English preferred. 8.Have a strong quality awareness.
