Main Responsibilities:
1. Project and task supporting
- Manufacturing system go online commission operation support and system trouble shooting
- CGRS system pilot and rollout assistant
- Digi Spider project assistant to support recipe creation, parameter management, documents preparation
- Support other project process testing and verifying
- Project leading to improve the production operation like( Reduce the scrap rate, improve the efficiency and so on
- Leading the process task to help optimize the process proceduring
2. Process Handling
- Contribute to the problem solving of respective area in the series production phase, be responsible for finding out technical solution for problems through communication with other department
- Fire fighting to make sure products SOP runs smoothly
- Temporary process parameter management support problem solving and overall review the temporary execution
- Process trail and management and tracing to support the process improvement
- Process data collection and analysis
3. Documents
- Process parameter and work instruction documents updating, publishing and training
- Process related training and testing documents
- Temporary process parameter and process trail record tracing

Job requirements:
- Bachelor of Engineering
- Prefer to have Manufacturing basic knowledge
- Familiar with Cp/Cpk is a plus
- Basic knowledge of statistics
- Good written and oral English
- Microsoft and software skill, focus on Excel, PPT, Minitab is plus
