Job duties: 1. MBO (manage by objective) follow up, example, revenue, margin, payment collecting, New project development, PCN, low yield, etc. 2. Customer visiting & auding arrnagement participate & visit customer if needed. 3. co-ordnate between various dept within the site to achieve customer's demand. 4. Customer demand & inhouse performance data analysis and present, example, QBR for both external and internal. 5. Attend to necessary meetings and follow up actions. Qualification: 1. English 6 pefered, 5 is min. 2. 3~4 years of work experiences in Sales or customer services or Semi-con related. 3. Essisential skills with PPT presentation & microsoft toolings. 4. Positive Work attitude & pressure handling and fast self learning and asking. 5. Korean or Japanese speaking is a plus
