Responsibilities:
61 Responsible for equipment high level trouble shooting that ensures production running smoothly
61 Supervise fabrication and installation of mechanical components.
61 Set up PM, strict implementation and regular monitoring the result
61 Set up and support spare parts management
61 Comply with all safety, quality, and IP requirements, and continuously look for further improvements
61 Strive for continuous improvement opportunities, to deliver business objectives such as capacity, cost and quality.
61 Provide job related training for mechanical technician & electricians. Take responsibility for building and improving the technical strength of the maintenance team in mechanical/electrical areas.
61 Involved in project management, document work

Requirements:
61 Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering, Automation or equivalent.
61 5+ years’ experience on the position of equipment engineering in manufacturing environment, including 2+ years in multi-national company.
61 Strong record of results for a multi-national company.
61 Experiences in working with and/or supervising project teams.


Required Skills
61 Equipment engineering, manufacturing systems and technical expertise.
61 Hands-on experience with mechanical design and manufacturing tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Solidworks)
61 Well knowledge of mechanical principals, mechanical design and so on
61 Rich hands-on experiences with production floor equipment.
61 Fluent in written English.
61 IATF basic knowledge

61 Precision industry (Laser) or other high technology experience is a plus
61 Knowledge of manufacturing excellence tools (AME, KT, Lean, DMAIC).
61 Working experience with a MNC is preferred.
