Key Responsibilities: 1. As a member of the Administrative COE (Center of Expertise) team, develop and optimize standardized overseas administrative processes (e.g., space management, administrative procurement, expense management) to drive regional operational efficiency. 2. Provide comprehensive administrative support to overseas branches, including: o Cross-departmental resource coordination to implement administrative policies; o Compliance management (local lease contracts, procurement processes, employee benefits administration); o Annual budget formulation and expenditure monitoring. 3. Establish a centralized administrative knowledge base, regularly producing best practice cases and training materials. 4. Lead or support cross-border projects (e.g., office relocations, large-scale event planning). 5. Resolve urgent administrative issues to ensure business continuity. Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, International Relations, or related fields. 2. 3+ years of administrative experience in multinational corporations, with proven overseas support capabilities; 3. Deep understanding of administrative operations in at least one region (Europe, Americas, Southeast Asia, or the Middle East). 4. Fluent English (CET-6 or equivalent), capable of drafting professional documentation and cross-cultural communication; 5. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel for data analysis, PowerPoint for presentation development); 6. Strong logical thinking, multitasking, and stress management capabilities.
