Main Responsibility: Closely work together with central team and other functional departments and Business Teams to operate and manage process system, maintain and improve the process system, support central new project roll out and testing in plant 1. Process system management - Use related system technical functionality to support the automation and digitalization of data-based processes to improve production performance. - Support development and implementation of process systems & data connectivity to improve visibility & transparency of the information flow in manufacturing operations.(DOPAC,CGRS,FIBRE) 2. Process system operation - Support central new project&task roll out in plant,including phase4 system BAT and implement - Improvement and troubleshooting of existing and new manufacturing systems and the optimization of processes. 3. Machine and process acceptance - be responsible for the MAP (Machine Acceptance Procedure) /PAP (Process Acceptance Procedure) and Recipe Management of the respective area, as listed but not limited to major change of the process, new article introduction, new equipment - be responsible for leading problem solving during the MAP (Machine Acceptance Procedure) and PAP (Process Acceptance Procedure) phase - Be responsible for optimizing and improving the work instruction and all other technical information of respective area needed for stablizing series production and continuous process improvement 4. Series production problem solving - contribute to the problem solving of respective area in the series production phase, be responsible for developing technical solution for big problems through communication with central PE or what else is needed 5. Efficiency - Cooperate with respective production section and contribute to improving productive efficiency of the respective section. Define measures to improve process to maximum utilization rate of machine and eliminate all kinds of waste. - As listed but not limited to SPA(Small Project Approach), 5S, other helpful instruments and optimation of parameters with respect to quality 6. Series production process stability - Lead the process stabilization index check of respective area at a random frequency. Thus assure an index of respective production area for continious improvement (CpK - Capability process Index, PEG - process excellence grid ) - Utilize tools as listed but not limited to SPC(SPC:Statistical Process Control), SPA(Small Project Approach), 5S, other helpful instruments and optimation of parameters with respect to quality; Job Requirements: - College degree, prefer to major in Machinary / Electricity or Chemistry/Polymer - 5 years manufacturing experiences, especially rubber production process - 2 years working experience for improvement of tire production - 2-3 years experience of leaing Projects
