Major in mechanical and electrical is preferred Experience - 2 years of relevant industry work experience, possessing knowledge in electronics and mechanics - Having customer service experience is best - Good communication and customer service awareness. Other skills - Have basic computer knowledge and operational skills - Capable of working independently and collaboratively, - Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills - Willing to travel. - Self motivation, willingness to learn and innovate Job Description Main Tasks - Comply with the company's regulations and process. Maintain the company brand. - Having systematic theoretical knowledge of serve service products. - Provide on-site services such as machine installation, maintenance, relocation, and troubleshooting. - Provide request report (including but not limited to service reports, complete system information etc.) on time with quality and quantity assurance. - Develop and maintain customer relationships to improve customer satisfaction, support service business de-velopment. - Strive to solve customer problems, respond promptly to work arrangements, - Solution oriented and able to work independently and collaboratively. - Timely provide feedback on on-site issues (including but not limited to quality issue, process issue and market-ing information). - Protect the company's intellectual property, assets, and service tools. - Contribute to the digital transformation of services - Fulfill other related responsibilities assigned
