Your Responsibilities
Create the yearly plan of the CIP wave 1 workshop to the demands of all sections. Send the yearly
plan to production engineers and sections.
61 Workshop preparation with the collected figures, data and facts from the target section. Updating
training materials.
61 Coordination of participants in the workshop with the foreman. Organization meeting room and
submit workshop invitation, agenda.
61 Implementation and moderation of the CIP Wave 1 workshops in the direct area. Find the problems
or waste in the target area and define measures to achieve the goal of the workshop such as higher
work performance or lower costs.
61 Create the problem solving list and the summary of the workshop. Send the summary to the
foreman and manager of the target section.
61 Calculate the savings of the measures defined in the workshops and enter them in M@Web.
Monthly tracking of the implementation status with the target section. Creation of statistics and
monthly status report.
61 Organization problem solving workshops to the demands of all sections in the direct area. Invite the
engineer in the correlative department to find a solution to the problem. Create the problem solving
measure document and the summary of the workshop. Send the summary to the foreman and
manager of the target section.
61 Coordination and organization monthly idea management in the direct area: Carry out collection of
ideas, measure pre-evaluation processes with other CIP moderators. Organization and moderation
measure evaluation meeting with CIP juries. Enter the measures in M@Web and send the financial
statements of the measures to controlling in order to check these measures.
61 Generate monthly statistics cumulative evaluation results and evaluation of the best six sections in
the direct area per quarter. Send the summery to the CIP juries, manager, engineer and foreman
from production. Apply for prize budget and make reimbursement for the best six sections per
quarter.
61 Preparation presentation of yearly idea management award from the direct area for BOM.
Organization of the Cup and certificate for the award.
61 Organize and moderate CIP wave 2 workshop and also Function analysis Workshop for indirect area.
61 Support in optimizing the production process and improving the production organization according
to customer requirements
61 Coordination of work for Speed+ and monthly report to VW concern. Define and track measures for
the n.i.O points of Speed+ Scan.
61 Preparation or participation in diverse Program initiative on-site workshop of VGC and other entities.
Support on the initiative optimization and status reporting or exchange new measures with other
entities.
61 M@Web user training if required by the department, e.g. coordinator change in the department.

Our Requirements
61 Bachelor or higher degree in industrial engineering or related major
61 Understand Basic knowledge of CIP. CIP related work Experience is preferred.
61 Good language skill, English or German
61 Good communication and cooperation skills
61 Ability to resolve conflicts
61 Clear logic and the ability to solve problems independently
61 Willing to learn
61 Economic thinking
