Mission Description
1. Develop and execute project plans to ensure timely completion of the project.
2. Monitor project progress, adjust and optimize project plans,quick response required.
3. Manage the project team to ensure the efficiency and quality of team members' work.
4. Coordinate cross team work to ensure effective utilization of project resources.
5. Write and organize project documents to provide reference for subsequent projects.
Participate in the entire process of power battery research and development, and provide
continuous support from the perspective of project management
6. Responsible for all or part of above work

Profile Requirement
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in science or engineering, master's degree preferred.
2. More than 3 years of experience in developing batteries or automobiles
3. Be positive towards the work and tasks, must show the high responsibilities of his/her works,
own the strong communication and coordination competence.
4. Great English competence in both oral and writing, business English and Chinese.
