Job Responsibility:
1. Arrange daily warehousing plan according to the project SOP;根据项目SOP安排日常入库计划；
2. Closely work with warehouse on-site operatives, update WMS system daily, including receiving, shipping and inventory management;与仓库现场操作人员紧密合作，每天更新WMS系统，包括收货、发货和库存管理；
3. Provide timely response to customer's queries or requests on daily operations; 及时响应客户对日常运营的查询或要求
4. Provide customers with appropriate solutions in case of emergency; 在紧急情况下为客户提供合适的解决方案；
5. Communicate effectively with related parties to monitor shipment status and escalate problems to supervisor in time;与相关方有效沟通，监控出货状态，及时将问题上报给主管；
6. Compile various reports on predefined schedule; 按时间表编制各种报告；
7. Process related billing & payment application and the system data entry;处理相关的账单支付申请和系统数据录入；

Job Qualification:

4. College degree, Logistics majored would be preferred; Good command of English in reading and writing; 大专学历，物流专业优先；良好的英语阅读和写作能力；
5. 2+ years working experience at logistics and warehouse position;
6. WMS knowledge is required; 2年以上物流、仓储岗位工作经验；
7. Familiar with MS Office software, especially Excel application skill; 熟悉MS Office办公软件，尤其是Excel应用技能；
8. Good command of communication skills;良好的沟通技巧；
