岗位职责：
- Work with cross-function teams of NPI Programs to create solutions for customized machines and automation machines. / 与NPI计划的跨职能团队合作，为定制机器和自动化机器创建解决方案
- Study the Mass Production lines and create solution for process automation. /研究批量生产线并为过程自动化创建解决方案。
- Continue to optimize customized and automation machines to meet and exceed the required machine efficiency and yield. /继续优化定制和自动化机器，以满足并超过所需的机器效率和产量。
任职要求：
- Degree in Electro-mechanical design and automation (robotics). /机电设计和自动化（机器人）学位。
- Minimum 3-5 years work experience in electro-mechanical design and automation /至少3-5年的机电设计和自动化工作经验
- Can use Autodesk for 2D drawing /可以使用欧特克进行 2D 绘图
- Can use Solidworks for 3D drawing (UG or ProE is acceptable) /可以使用 Solidworks 进行 3D 绘图（UG 或 ProE 是可以接受的）
- Familiar with standard parts (motor, cylinder, guide rails, etc.) /熟悉标准件（电机、气缸、导轨等）
- Knows fabrication workshop machines (CNC, Lathe, Saw, Drill, etc.) /了解制造车间机器（CNC，车床，锯，钻等）
- Know how to do DFM (Design for Manufacturing) / 知道如何做DFM（制造设计）
- Knowledge in PLC programming or other type of program for automation and robotic arm control / 具备PLC编程或其他类型的自动化和机械臂控制程序方面的知识
- Knowledge of modern manufacturing methodologies (Manufacturing 4.0) is an advantage. /了解现代制造方法（制造4.0）是一个优势。
- Can speak (optional) and write English /会说（可选）和写英语
- Proficient in MS Office software / 精通MS Office软件
