工作职责:
1. To carry out routine checks, work orders, undertake operational activities at terminal and jetty in a safe, efficient and timely manner to ensure Vopak, customers’ and government procedures, requirements and regulations met at all time.
在罐区和码头能够安全、高效、及时做好日常检查、工作指令、进行操作活动，保证一直符合孚宝、客户和政府的程序、要求和法规。
2. To ensure and help other personnel working in the terminal must follow the VF+.
确保自己并帮助其他在罐区作业的员工都遵循罐区的基本准则+
3. To stop all unsafe work and report to shift leader or higher authority immediately.
停止一切不安全的工作并且立即向直接主管或更高层领导汇报。
4. Report all defeats within his area of responsibility. Any defeats outside his responsible area, he should inform the responsible operator or shift leader.
报告所负责区域的所有隐患。责任区域以外的任何隐患也要及时通知相关责任人及直接主管。
5. To ensure there is not wastage when using E&U in the terminal.
在罐区使用能源和公用设施时，确保没有浪费。
6. To identify E&U improvement/saving areas
在能源和公用设施改进和节能方面有所贡献。
7. To implement Operating Procedures and Work Instructions so as to ensure work is performed in accordance with current Company Documented Management System, safety and quality standards, governmental and customers’ requirements.
执行必要的操作程序和工作指导，以确保工作满足公司管理系统、安全质量标准、客户和政府的要求。
8. To participate in training programme as required so as to carry out the task they are working on, and complete that work in a safe manner.
根据要求接受公司培训后能安全地完成既定的工作。
9. To implement operations at the job area assigned to him/her at the terminal so as to ensure product handling including other activities such as sampling, purging, pigging, slopping, flushing, etc. are performed in accordance with current operating procedures, safety standards and customer’s requirements.
执行码头和罐区的操作时应确保物料装卸、流转，包括取样、清扫、打球、排料、冲洗等，都能按照当时的操作程序、安全标准和客户要求进行
10. To ensure terminal facilities, utilities and consumables such as general equipment, tools, instruments, nitrogen, rags, gaskets, etc are readily available and are in good, accurate working condition and well maintained so as to ensure operation processes are smooth, free from delays and defect in accordance to Standard Equipment Operating Procedures.
确保码头罐区的设施和消耗品，例如通用设备、工具、仪器、氮气、抹布、垫片等，准备充分并状态良好，以保证操作流程的顺畅、准时、符合设备操作程序。
11. Additionally housekeeping and cleanliness of Terminal and CCR shall be maintained at a high standard.
维持控制室和罐区的清洁。
12. Assist in the investigation of all accidents/incidents and to take the appropriate action to prevent any recurrence.
协助事故调查，并采取有效措施防范事故重演。
13. Ensure that all personnel doing non-routine work must have valid work permit and must follow the stated precautions as set out in the Company’s safe Work Permit System.
确保所有非常规作业必须按照公司作业许可制度开具有效的作业许可证，并遵守规定的安全要求。
14. Ensure that all waste, including storm-water, is handled according to approved procedures.
确保所有的废物处理包括雨水处理都按照规定的程序进行。
15. Report to shift leader and other managers related for any deviation in a procedure that may result in a Safety, Health or Environmental issues.
向班长以及相关经理及时汇报可能会带来安全、健康和环境隐患的相对于程序的偏差。
16. Safeguarding the Terminal assets by patrolling and supervising and co-ordinating fire and safety-operations during emergencies.
进行巡逻、监督，在紧急情况下协调消防及安全操作，确保罐区财产安全。
17 Regular documents maintain at hard copy check list, PEPI TMAC update and order creating while needed.
按需要进行书面检查表等文档的常规维护管理，更新PEPI TMAC ，需要时做订单。
18 To ensure all routine checks are done during the shift and all log-sheets are properly filled such as pigging, utility usage, tank gauging, pre-loading check, other operations checklist at all job area under his responsibility.
工作期间在其工作责任区间内确保所有的常规检查完成和所有记录表的正确填写,如打球、公用设施的消耗、储罐的测量、装货前的检查清单，以及其他操作列表。

20 It is necessary to be familiar with and have rich experience in operating DCS systems (priority given to those who have operated Emerson DCS systems), and understand the logical causal relationships, such as DCS alarm interlocking and SIS alarm and interlocking.
需要熟悉并有丰富的操作DCS系统的经验（操作过艾默生DCS系统的优先考虑），了解其中的逻辑因果关联，比如DCS报警连锁以及SIS的报警和连锁。
21 Need to be familiar with and have rich experience in the terminal industry (including tank farm and Jetty), as well as experience in connecting with customer service for various ships loading and unloading, and receiving feeding for tanks, especially using similar software (such as Vopak Myservice is preferred)
需要熟悉并有丰富的仓储行业（包括库区和码头）的经验，以及对接客服各种装卸船和储罐收发货的经验，尤其是会使用一些类似软件（比如孚宝Myservice优先考虑）。
22 Familiarity and extensive experience are required to understand and handle tank ATG systems, and even manually calculate various inlet and outlet volumes and tank capacities.
需要熟悉并有丰富的经验来理解并处理储罐ATG系统，甚至人工计算各种进出量及罐容。
23 It is necessary to be familiar with and have rich experience in understanding the impact of local ocean tidal weather conditions on loading and unloading ships and maritime regulations. It is best to have experience in communication and exchange with maritime border inspection and commercial inspection.需要熟悉并有丰富的经验来理解当地的海洋潮汐天气情况对装卸船的影响和海事规定，如果有过和海事边检商检沟通交流的经验最好。
技能知识：
- High school or medium vocational education in chemical major and above.
具备高中及以上学历或化工类中等及以上职业教育水平。
- Having certificates in chemical or petrochemical industry would be an advantage
在化学操作方面有证书或有石化行业工作经验者优先
