- Safety management
o Responsible for the safety production, and timely find out the potential accidents and report and handle them
o Learn and master the emergency plan, report and handle the sudden accident in time
o Collect and follow up the Near Miss of production department
o Coordinate the daily maintenance work related to production department
o Responsible for approval of special operation ticket
- Quality control
o Responsible for the monitoring and management of the 5S area of the production department
o Coordinate with quality department to investigate and analyse quality accident and deviation
o Learn to understand and implement the requirements of Cosmetic GMP, RSPO, Halal, ISO 22716, ICH Q7
o Responsible for relevant customer and supplier audit
- Production work management
o Responsible for arranging the production work and personnel according to the production plan
o Responsible for supervising and inspecting the related production work to be carried out strictly according to the operation regulations
o Responsible for operation, monitoring, statistics and optimization of utilities
o Responsible for formulating and implementing relevant MOC schema
o Responsible for optimizing product process and production time
o Responsible for drafting/revising relevant documents of the department
o Sustainability, regular inspection of the energy consumption and contributed to reduce the foot print.
- Training
o Responsible for the skill assessment of team members from time to times
o Responsible for organizing and training team members to learn and implement the new production operation manual and practical training, safety training, MSDS, Near Miss report, accident report, etc

- Bachelor degree or above, major in chemical engineering or related
- More than 5 years practical experience in chemical production
- Good English skill both in spoken and written
- Have a solid foundation in chemical engineering, have a certain ability to solve practical problems
- Good project management skills
