Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate and execute scheduling activities using SAP. 2. Ensure that the shop has the necessary materials to meet required manufacturing / production levels. 3. Coordinate input on material shortages and delivery of materials. 4. Provide effective scheduling and implementation of all programs based on the Master Schedule, cycle time, shop capacity, and status to schedules. 5. Monitor supply and demand misalignment with manufacturing sources to implements corrective action plans. 6. Coordinate the efforts of cross functional groups and across shifts to resolve bottlenecks, parts shortages, machine maintenance, manpower issues, and shop capacity. 7. Work with shop management to develop delivery commitments. 8. Interface with engineering, purchasing, program management, operations as required. 9. Analyze data to determine opportunities to decrease inventory, improve customer service levels and reduce total costs.
Requests: 1.Bachelors degree in Mechanical engineering or similar. 2. Post graduate studies in business administration or alternatively 3+ additional years' experience in similar position. 3. 5-10 years' experience as production planner in international company, in automotive or aviation industry. 4. Good command of English.
