工作目的
Process Integration Engineer is responsible for integration of all front-end development of all technological and engineering aspects of the strategy delivery projects to ensure the business objectives as outlined in the strategy roadmap is met. His/her primary responsibilities include but not limited to identify, assess and select a project concept, conduct feasibility study, define the project scope and support the basic and detailed design and ensure all process and engineering design is technically assured. He/she is required to interfaces regularly with key stakeholder from commercial, technologist, operation, engineering, business opportunity, Design Institutes, EPCm contractor, etc.

工作职责
1. Responsible for high quality front-end development work on strategic projects and supports the Strategic Project Manager in driving the project through the identify/assess, select and define phases.
2. Support the PM and MFPT strategy project team to validate and speed up all the strategy projects in the front end development phases.
3. Support PM in coordinating technical scope development and define technical requirements for project front-end development and detailed engineering phase.
4. Support PM in establishing proper technical assurance plan include PEFs review, HAZOP review, IPF review and 3D model/construction feasibility review, etc. and ensure the review process conducted on schedule.
5. Support PM in preparing the required MOA for the project screen committee in order to speed up the project approval at different phases.
6. Coordinate the preparatory work of technical studies and safety review; and provides technology inputs for engineering activities to ensure process integrity, economics, and product quality and plant reliability.
7. Coordinate heat and mass balance review and proposal forward, and ensure the proposal is covered in front-end development and detailed engineering.
8. Technical interface with existing process systems/plant and other projects, etc. Coordinates the provision of expert support, either within CSPC or from 3rd parties.
9. Provides technology inputs in study and engineering activities to ensure and improve process integrity, economics, and product quality and plant reliability.
10. Ensure feasibility and detailed design will comply with various regulations such as environmental emission regulations.
11. Provide technical inputs for project capital estimation.
12. Provide technical inputs to and attend project economic evaluation.
13. Able to network with project personnel both inside and outside of CSPC and learn the best practice especially in front-end loading.
任职资格:
1. Educational background:
? Engineering Degree is a minimum, Master Degree in Chemical engineering or Technology is an advantage
2. Work experience:
? Minimum 10 years project engineering, technical and professional experience, including Petrochemical Process Engineering.
? Familiar with chemical plan design process and related Design Codes.
? Familiar with front end development of a green field or brownfield oil & gas and petrochemical project is an added advantage
? Experience in a petrochemical manufacturing site is essential.
? Previous working experience in a Joint Venture environment would be considered a plus.
3. Language proficiency:
? Able to communicate in English and Mandarin, verbally as well as in writing. English level CET>4 or equivalent.
4. PC skills:
? Proficient in PC skills.
