质量工程师管理QC和QA职责：
1、确保QC SOP的执行和团队的跟进。
2、确保IQC，IPQC和OPQC检验结果符合规范。
3、确保质量控制报告得到及时的监控和报告；为团队检查的所有产品创建摘要和报告。
4、及时向QA团队报告发现的异常结果/趋势。
5、协助制定规范，标准，指导方针和方案，以防止缺陷和偏离质量基线。
安排对生产区域的内部审核，以确保与质量相关的程序得到遵守。
6、协助处理客户问题，包括但不限于投诉，技术咨询，提供SCAR（供应商纠正措施报告）等。 在质量调查，改进活动实施，培训等过程中与生产和其他相关部门保持联系。
7、根据客户和其他相关方的要求，创建COA、COC和其他质量证书。
要求：
1、工科毕业生， 至少一年的制造业工作经验（工厂和生产）。
2、熟悉洁净室制造、控制和方案。
3、了解基本的QA/QC要求，如AQL，控制限，规格，工艺流程。
4、熟悉ISO9001质量体系。
5、了解清洁度测试（优先考虑但不是必需的）。
6、英语优秀可优先考虑。
Ensures QC SOP's are implemented and followed by the team.
Ensures IQC, IPQC and OPQC inspection results are within specifications.
Ensures QC reports are monitored and reported in a timely manner.
Creates summary and reports of all products inspected by the team.
Timely reports abnormal results / trends detected to QA team.
Assist to set specifications, standards, guidelines and protocols to prevent defects and deviations from quality baselines.
Arrange internal audits to manufacturing areas to ensure procedures related to quality are followed.
Assists with customer issues which include but not limited to complaints, technical inquiries, provides SCAR (Supplier Corrective Action Report), etc.
Liaises with production and other related departments during quality investigations, improvement activities implementation, training, etc.
Creates COA, COC and other quality certificates as may be required by customers and other concerned parties.
Requirements:
Engineering graduate
With at least 1 year experience as in a manufacturing set-up (factory with production)
Knowledgeable with cleanroom manufacturing, controls and protocols
Knows basic QA/QC requirements such as AQL, Control limits, Specs, Process Flow
Knowledgeable in ISO 9001 quality system
Have understanding of cleanliness testing (preferred but not required)
