Responsibilities & Qualifications 61 Customer relationship management and demand creation 61 Strategic account planning, in line with the overall company and business unit goals 61 Stay in close direct contact (visits, email, phone) with the customer to ensure ongoing support and communication 61 Promote technologies and product portfolio at the customer 61 Sell the value propositions of TE (new) products and services 61 Detect new opportunities and drive projects through Field Engineer 61 Engage and coordinate with TE internal organizations to serve the customer on time in terms of quotations, quality complaints, logistics, technical information, etc. 61 Conscientious follow up on open issues and opportunities 61 Gain, correctly interpret and apply research results (markets, competition, technologies, trends) 61 Prepare and discuss offers and quotations as well as lead price and contract negotiations with customers 61 Follow up on running opportunities/projects and on financial matters such as cash flow payments, and credit concessions, account receivables 61 Internal reporting of projects and other business activities 61 Keep updated regarding products, technologies, market trends and environmental changes Key Goals & Objectives/Measurements: 61 Revenue growth, new products revenue growth 61 Pipeline development and conversion 61 Market share gain Qualification Required/Desired: 61 Located at GuangZhou / Huizhou 61 Fluent oral and written English 61 Strong business and financial acumen 61 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work independently 61 Ability to effectively influence others and to facilitate cross functional teams 61 Proactive, results oriented, flexible, and adaptable 61 At least 3 years working experiences in sales or 2 years working experience in engineering in Appliances industry 61 Familiar with major home appliances business model, relative experience is preferred
