Responsibility: 1. Provide Manufacturing Engineering Resource in place for responsible areas all aspects of manufacturing (EMS). 2. Provide technical leadership in the Manufacturing Engineering Operations. 3. Make decisions and take action in the development, analysis, and sustaining of manufacturing processes, 4. Ensure manufacturability of new products through systematic way of designing, developing the cost effective process with quality controls by a set of bill of process. 5. Support and improve existing manufacturing systems. 6. Qualify and implement new manufacturing technologies, together with NPI team in developing workmanship criteria and Parts criteria, 7. Work with NPI team to ensures customer requirements are built into their product, and ensure customer requirements are met with capable processes. 8. Work with NPI/Project Leads to ensure NPI project on track, support and lead project to be reached to each target and gates exit criteria, work closely with NPI team and production team to make sure the new products have a smooth ramp up. 9. Coordinate programs essential to Production such as training, safety, continuous improvement, cost reduction, to be paced with company operation excellence, 10. Provide day to day manufacturing engineering support to Production, 11. Participate in new product development for early involvement of Manufacturability, 12. Supervise Manufacturing Engineers / Technicians (cover both Process and Testing). 13. Lead Manufacturing Engineering team, Conduct team assessment, Facilitate and organize the team structure, 14. Review and approve on process flow chart with MES (Manufacturing Execution System) logic, PFMEA, Operation Balance Chart and Process Control Plan 15. Review and approve on 3Q (Installation, Operating, and Performance Qualification) process validation reports 16. Lead the cross functional teams to follow PVT review protocol on MP release 17. Utilize MES data to drive for continuous improvement and submit da
