岗位职责: 1.Manage fcst & budget, to hit the top-line and bottom line target 2.Work with Sales for business development 3.Liaising with existing customers for a good relationship and better service provided. 4.Coordinate and facilitate functional team to ensure fulfillments of variety requests from customers incl. RFI, RFQ, project awarded, etc 5.Help with settling down the escalation from the team across all project stage, PM/RD/CS,etc. 6.Legal documents assessment and risk aversion.
任职要求: 1. 10 years account management or sales experiences in Tier 1 Consumer Electronic or Automotive industries. 2. Detail oriented is also a must. 3. Audio industry experiences is a plus. 4. People management experiences is plus. 5. Fluent in English (CT-6 level and above). 6. Strong ability to work across teams and influence large organizations. 7. Good negotiation skills. 8. Leadership personality.
