Oversee and supervise Inside sales staffs. To help Inside Sales Team to set sales goals, track sales, and customer service performance. Provide guidance to Inside Sales team to develop business relationships with new and existing customers.
Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university
Experience: 61 Three or more years working experience as an inside sales manager 61 Excellent written and verbal communication and good follow-up skills 61 Strong project management skills, including the ability to lead, facilitate and organize 61 Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office 61 Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Responsibilities: 61 Team-building and provide resources to resolve problems 61 Develop strong analytical time management, to help Account Management Team to be able to manage and balance their workloads 61 To motivate and coach sales staffs, generate ideas where we can continuously making improvement of our work quality 61 Project Managements, to assist and lead team to coordinate and work on key customers’ projects 61 Set and track sales targets, prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts 61 To involve and assist Account Management team to build up and maintain good customer relationships 61 To provide continuous training to Account Management team in order to maintain or improve team efficiency 61 Perform other related duties as assigned 61 Manage performance reviews and ensure to distribute performance goals to individual as well as team goals 61 Supervise inside sales team in accordance with company policies and procedures 61 Enforce an environment of open interaction to assure affirmative employee morale and effectual conflict resolution
