间接模具采购的要求：

1、制定模具和模具相关产品的采购战略，执行集团确认模具采购战略、策略和相关行动方案
2、新供应商开发，市场分析，对采购合同，价格，产能和交付，新RFQ寻价，现场核价，依据供应商报价做现场成本核实。
3、负责冲压，注塑模具，冷锻模具，模具零件加工、夹治具和自动化线体采购活动，以及公司模具零件采购管理，拥有摸具和模具零件设计、加工、采购和工艺经验。
4、供应商管理，持续day to day改进，提升效率改善成本，组织对供应商做跨部门Matrix评估。
5、持续发现及实现降本的机会，与工厂各部门紧密合作交流讨论直至方案达成。
6、参与供应商定点，供应商商务谈判，与跨部门小组成员做好新供应商的评估。
7、开发新模具及模具周边设备相关供应商，优化流程， 有相关技术或项目背景，有VAVE、APQP经验的优先录取。

人员资质要求：
1、本科学历 / 5 年以上 模具/机械加工件/ 采购等工作经验，项目管理能力
2、熟练操作办公软件 / 对模具、模具设计、模具加工的经验，了解和熟悉模具成本及工艺、加工流程分析
3、中文/英文流利沟通 、 有团队合作能力， 抗压力强
4、能接受50%以上出差
