- Safety management
o Responsible for the safety production, and timely find out the potential accidents and report and handle them
o Organize or cooperate with relevant departments to carry out safety production inspection, find out problems in time and rectify them
o Cooperate with the Safety Department in safety, environmental protection and occupational health management
o Learn and master the emergency plan, report and handle the sudden accident in time
o Develop and execute shutdown maintenance plan
- Quality control
o Responsible for the monitoring and management of the 5S area of the production department
o Learn to understand and implement the requirements of Cosmetic GMP, RSPO, Halal, ISO 22716, ICH Q7, ICSS
o Responsible for relevant customer and supplier audit
- Production work management
o Formulate and implement production plan, drums filling plan and coordinate the plan of loading and unloading trucks, follow up and make statistics on the completion of production to ensure product supply
o Coordinate the resources of the department and other departments to ensure the achievement of the target
o Review and propose to the Production Manager the instruction and procedures for the normal activities
o Review daily the yield of the productions and report the relevant deviations to the Production Manager
o Regular review of work-related incidents and complaints
o Responsible for optimizing product process and production time
o Responsible for drafting/revising relevant documents of the department
- Training and people management
o Responsible for formulating department training work
o Responsible for the annual performance evaluation of the members of the team

职位要求：
- Bachelor degree or above, major in chemical engineering or related
- More than 5 years practical experience in chemical production
- Good English skill both in spoken and written
- Have a solid foundation in chemical engineering, have a certain ability to solve practical problems
- Good project management skills
