Major Accountabilities (主要职责):
Adopt C&K VBPD process, be responsible for planning a NPD / Variant project, and complete the project successfully within the given deadline.
About the job:
Lead a cross function team to execute the project based on project scope. Allocate resource and provide direction and support to project team.
Develop the project plan based on customer / marketing needs. Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables. Host the project gate review and present the report to top management.
Communicate internally and cross regions. Closely monitor project action tracker and provide support to team members
Coach junior staff and provide input/assistance based on related experience and expertise.
Possess good problem solving skills. Be capable to provide advises and suggestions on project related issues.
Understand the company strategy. Be able to prioritize among multitasks.
About you:
教育程度/资格证书(Education / Qualification): Technical Degree from engineering school or university
工作经验(Working Experience): More than 5 years in project management
其他(Others): Fluent English; Good communication skill; Planning and organizing; Goal Oriented; Team player.
