Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for following up on customer orders and arranging transportation of goods. 2. Ensure that goods are delivered on time, according to quality and quantity. 3. Communicate effectively with customers to solve problems during orders and transportation. 4. Monitor the entire process of cargo transportation to ensure transportation safety and efficiency. 5. Coordinate with relevant departments such as customs, transportation companies and warehouses to ensure smooth flow of goods. 6. Prepare and manage all shipping related documents and records. 7. Formulate and implement department work plans and goals to ensure that the team operates efficiently in accordance with the company's strategic direction. 8. Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members and provide feedback and career development guidance. 9. Organize team training to improve the team’s professional skills and service levels. 10. Optimize work processes and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of department operations. 11. Establish and maintain good working relationships with customers, suppliers and other internal departments. 12. Handle emergency issues to ensure continuity and quality of service under any circumstances. Job Requirements: 1. Have more than 4 years of experience in shipping management, college degree or above, logistics or related majors are preferred. 2. Be familiar with various regulations and procedures of shipping management, and have certain theoretical knowledge; 3. Proficient in English and able to communicate with international customers without any barriers; 4. Familiar with international trade rules, import and export procedures and related regulations. 5. Have good organizational skills, communication skills and teamwork spirit. 6. Able to work under pressure and have problem-solving skills. 7. Stationed at Indonesia
