1、Support the CSR to ensure we are providing the optimal MX (Maxima Experience) 2、Reconcile daily receipts from the Factory and facilitate accurate allocation to customer orders. 3、Ensure accurate invoices to Customers. 4、Support any/all customer order management tasks 5、Collaborate with US and overseas counterparts on daily workload needs and problem-solving. 6、Assist the CSR team with regular reports and analysis 7、Research Customer chargeback claims. 8、Handle Sales requests with efficiency and professionalism.
