Responsibilities: Develop a competitive supplier base. 1> Implement Hager Group Sourcing policy, working process and standards locally. 2> Align with Category strategy and supplier/partner selection criteria, find potential supplier and develop a competitive supplier for local Market. Manage supplier to achieve new project schedule and cost target. 1> Make sure Supplier long list is ready for local market projects. 2>Research and develop business solution together with local MA, R&D and supplier, ensure best matching solution is selected according to aligned criteria to support local business development; 3> Favorable business conditions for Hager is negotiated and ensure smooth vendor onboarding. 4> Lead sourcing activity according to CTO activity, to monitor and control cost evolution, ensure no sourcing task missed for each milestone. Continuously improve the supplier performance with reliable quality and OTR, improve customer satisfaction. 1> Monitor supplier capacity, quality, delivery, cost performance and lead improvement activities. 2> Manage supplier to ensure outstanding issue in quality, delivery, engineering change, etc, were handled efficiently. Build material/products cost advantage. 1> Monitor market trend and initiate cost reduction activity, to build Hager material cost advantage. 2> Develop the alternative material and supplier, to find opportunities to drive material cost down with cross functional team.
Qualification: - Bachelor’s degree and major in Engineering of Mechanical or Electrical preferred; Business Management or related major with strong experience in Electric business ia also acceptable. - 5ys + working experience on trading goods /labeling sourcing, low voltage products , such as ACB\MCB\MCCB\MDP preferred. - Experienced sourcing contract negotiation and supplier management. - Familiar with NPI process and strong leadership as project key contributor. - Good communication skills. - English can be as working language.
