Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manager to join our corporate HR department. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent across our factories in China, Vietnam, and Indonesia. Key Responsibilities: 61 Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment and talent acquisition strategies. 61 Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. 61 Collaborate with branch hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions. 61 Utilize various sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, job boards, social networks, and recruitment agencies. 61 Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. 61 Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes and outcomes. 61 Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors. 61 Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. 61 Ensure compliance with local labor laws and corporate policies. Qualifications: 61 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 61 Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or Talent Acquisition Manager. 61 Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and strategies. 61 Excellent project management and organizational skills. 61 Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English. 61 Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 61 Stationed at Vietnam, Hai Duong 61 Ability to travel to our factories in China, Vietnam, and Indonesia as needed. Preferred Skills: 61 Experience in the manufacturing industry, particularly in toy manufacturing. 61 Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases. 61 Certification in recruitment or talent acquisition (e.g., CIR, CDR)
