Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Report to the Lean Manager and work as key person to drive Lean culture and activities in the factory. 2. Lead Kaizen events and continuous improvement projects through cross-functional team facilitation and project management. 3. Collects and analyzes the data on Plant processes, procedures and performance using evaluation tools and makes recommendations on improvement opportunities 4. Use lean tools, concepts(VSM, TPM, MDI, KANBAN, SMED, 5S, ECRS, Gemba Walk, root cause analysis, etc.) to reduce waste, cost and improve the quality, delivery, efficiency. 5. Introduce automation to improve efficiency. 6. Conduct regular research and evaluation of good practice, proven technologies in toy manufacturing, or other industries, and seek for possibility for applying evaluated practices or technologies into the company.
Qualifications: 1. Production and Industrial Engineering, Information System Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, College degree or above 2. 3 years Solid Lean experience, proved track record of applying Lean methodologies (VSM, TPM, MDI, KANBAN, SMED, 5S, ECRS, Gemba Walk, root cause analysis,) in improving operation and manufacturing system 3. 3 years IE experience, proved track record of applying IE methodologies (PMT/MTM, Standard time, Line Balancing, Cell Line, Plant/Production line re-layout…etc..) 4. 2 years of working experience in toys, plastics, electronics or home appliances industries 5. Good analytical and problem-solving skills 6. Proficiency in using MS software (Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio..etc.) 7. Language ability: English is added value 8.
