岗位职责: 1. Coordination and daily management of human resources of the department. 2. Cooperate across departments to establish a supply chain with stable quality. 3. Manage suppliers to ensure material quality. 4. Establishment and implementation of department quality objectives. 5. New project material management. 6. Cooperate with factory or customer for quality, can host and prepare customer visit and/or audit supplier site. 7. Improve annual supplier audit for QSA/QPA/GP/VDA. 8. Engagement auto material quality control and management. 任职要求: 1. College degree and above. 2. 10 years above working experience, contain 3 years above for SQE manager level, with auto material quality management is preferred. 3. Good communication and written skills in English. 4. Familiar with QC 7 tools and Core tools (APQP/PPAP/FMEA/MSA/SPC). 5. Acquire ISO9001/ISO14001/IECQ QC080000/VDA6.3 internal auditor.
