Role Purpose: 61 The HCC (Global) Management of Change (GMOC) Coordinator is responsible for the overall administration of the GMOC work process for the HCC Site. o The GMOC tool is an ExxonMobil internal web-based tool, to track the development, review and approvals of all changes to the existing facilities or process. This is a key safety management system, under the umbrella of OIMS 7.1. 61 The HCC GMOC Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the Site GMOC procedures and expectations are followed by all site personnel involved in managing change, including: 84 GMOC Initiator 84 GMOC Discipline Reviewer 84 GMOC Risk Manager / Approver 84 GMOC Implementation 84 GMOC Document Management actionee 61 The GMOC Coordinator, will have a dual role : o Support an individual Process Platform to coordinate the Platform GMOC process. o Provide training, mentorship and guidance to more junior GMOC Coordinators that will be assigned to other platforms. 61 The GMOC Coordinator will set up the active GMOC review systems for the new HCC site, and in the process deliver the required training for all the users and risk managers that rely on the overall GMOC work-process. Requirements: 61 Bachelor’s degree holder. 61 3 – 5 years related working experience or background in training is preferable. 61 Skillful in use of Microsoft Office. 61 Good English in speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills is a must. 61 61 Has strong communication and coordination skills. 61 Attention to detail and independent.
