Requirements:
1. Communicate daily with the CS Team in the STL Office. Clarify customer requirement
2. Coordinate the urgent order handling
3. Run MPS base on updated demand on every Tuesday, analysis the FG shortage status,
4. Work out overseas coverage report every Wed.
5. Run PMP every Friday, focus on the RMs shortage, and get the resolution. Work out the production priority and sent to production planner.
6. Provide next week production plan to STL CS
7. provide monthly report on time
8. Other tasks assigned by Line Manager

job Requirements;
1. College or above education background;
2. 2 years' customer service relevant experience in manufacturing;
3. Fluent written and oral English
4. Good computer skill on Office and ERP;
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills
6. Hard working and Honest, able to work independently under high pressure
7. Good team working
8. Familiar with the harness appliance and automotive industry and standards. Well understanding on the fair competition
