About the Job:
61 Develop new product：create 3D & 2D, product technology information; make
tolerance stack-up, DFMEA analysis; technology and assembly process review.
61 Complete GSS team new supplier assessment and support for quality / technology /
application.
61 Communicate with Lab, leadership for switch related validation and follow testing
report, analysis filature result and improvement and providing optimize plan and
actions
61 Familiar with the operating principle of the switches and do the cost analysis according to the internal structure and cost reduction plan.
61 Maintain design data of existing catalogue product and outsourcing product and
develop variant product.
61 Accomplish other tasks assigned by superior.

About You:

61 Associate degree or higher in Mechanical/Electromechanical/Molding Engineering or related fields.
61 More than 3 years of relevant work experience in development; familiar with common hardware, plastic parts, electroplating/spraying; familiar with GD&T, tolerance stack-up analysis, DFMEA;
61 Priority will be given to those with data analysis skills and experience in applying SPC, DOE, and FMEA.
61 Proficient in operating 3D and 2D software such as PRO-E, CAD software, and OFFICE software such as PPT, EXCEL, etc.,
61 Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
