工作目的 Sales Executive will work closely with both PC Sales Managers and Commercial Manager to execute the commercial and contracting strategy, the product and pricing strategy, all sales and pricing negotiations and is the contract holder for all PC short and long term contracts. The Sales executive is also the *** responsible of customer relationship management and of new customers acquisition.
工作维度 The business scope specific to this role, includes - contributions to the overall sales volume of PC portfolio 260KT/annual of PC product (1/6th of this portfolio) - contribution to the turnover of the PC turnover (3900MRMB) - [and of around 56KT/annual of carbonates product,] - accountability for sales, prices and contract implementation for the appointed accounts and territories Key Relationship: The role will have interactions with CSPC internal (including commercial, R&D, Manufacturing, all service functions) and external contacts (incl customers, traders and market intelligent agents etc.). Decisions made: - Weekly & Monthly & Annual sales forecast. - Sales volume target setting. - Contract negotiations, price negotiations within mandates - Solving customer complaints
工作职责 1. Market intelligence a. Be the “eyes and ears” of the PC business in the external world by being aware of market evolutions, product evolution, customer tendencies, competitor landscape. 2. Sales: a. Responsible for achieving sales goals within a defined geographic area through the effective management of contracts, customer relationships or sales channels. b. Contribute to the development and Execute the commercial and the contracting strategies, the portfolio, product and pricing strategies. c. Execute all the necessary pricing, sales volume, market share, customers negotiations for the appointed customers/ accounts/ geographical area within the given mandate. d. Negotiates sales contracts including pricing and commercial terms for customers and applications in the area. 3. Market Development: a. Participates in the gathering of market and competitor intelligence which will contribute to an understanding of key competitors’ strategies. b. Executes the market development strategy within the given mandate.
4. Customer relationship holder a. Handles after sales service including resolving technical, application and HSE issues as well as customer complaints. Quality issue resolution lead for all customers' issue. b. is the “voice of the customer” in all the internal discussions and in portfolio management discussions 5. Assist Commercial Manager and Sales managers in building procedures and systems from scratch in order to achieve ‘best in class’ processes which gives the company a competitive edge. 6. Readiness and ability to build bridges between internationally accepted business practice and the local business culture without compromising business principles is required. 任职资格: 1. Educational background: A minimum Bachelor degree is essential and major in chemical is preferred. 2. Work experience: - Over 3 years marketing/sales management experience in the Petrochemical industry, Experience with domestic Engineering Plastics/Polycarbonates is a plus. - Excellent PC product knowledge and strong network in PRC PC market is preferred. 3. Strong commercial & economic acumen, mastery of the art of customer experience enhancement. 4. Expertise in relationship management are table stakes for this role. 5. Language proficiency: Able to use English as working language. 6.PC skills: - Competent in Microsoft Office. - Data analytics and statistics.
