Role Summary We are seeking a Senior Project Engineer/Project Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to our ongoing success. In this role, you will: Key Responsibilities 61 All over responsibility for the management of projects including deadlines, budgeting, resources and customer satisfaction 61 Defining project organization and timelines as well as creating work instructions 61 Assignment of responsibilities in close collaboration with all project stakeholders as well as regular monitoring, checking and analysis of progress 61 Coordinating internal teams and sub-contractors involved in the project 61 Recognizing and resolving issues and problems during the project as well as verifying the achievement of milestones throughout the project 61 Identifying and assessing risk as well as introducing and monitoring corrective actions and solutions 61 Maintaining ongoing communication with the customer and acting as a link between the customer and internal departments involved in the project 61 Creating and presenting (status) reports and documentations, both internally and to the customer Qualifications and Requirements 61 Education: University degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or other related 61 Experience: 5+ years toy manufacturing experience, at least 1 years in project management, less experience/ fresh grad will consider to be Project engineer/Senior Project Engineer 61 Self-contained working style with a high degree of personal responsibility as well as capability to work under pressure, flexibility and goal orientation 61 5 days’ work and based in China 61 Willingness to travel frequently mainly Vietnam and Indonesia 61 Very good command of English and Mandarin (written and spoken). Knowledge of an additional language would be beneficial
